How the design works.

This original WLA Webdesign direction is created for branded residences in Netherlands. It combines reference showcase with structured service-led layout and image led masthead with vertical property index. The page sequence makes the main offer, supporting information and next action easy to understand, while fog grey, brick red, deep teal keeps important labels and calls to action clear across desktop and mobile screens.

Three design decisions.

Each decision connects the visual direction to clearer services, stronger navigation and a more focused inquiry path.

01

Hierarchy

Fog grey brick red teal palette conveys established residential prestige tone.

02

Content flow

Image led masthead anchors viewer attention above the primary property index.

03

Next action

Vertical property index organizes unit configurations into accessible browsing hierarchies.

Mobile considerations.

The same hierarchy is planned for smaller screens so content stays readable, actions remain easy to reach and the visual character is preserved.

Mobile / 01

Reading order

Wide imagery compresses intelligently without compromising architectural details.

Mobile / 02

Touch and scale

Column sequencing guides users naturally toward completion action buttons.
