How the design works.

This original WLA Webdesign direction is created for luxury residential brokerage in Netherlands. It combines reference showcase with structured service-led layout and centered masthead above an asymmetric editorial image. The page sequence makes the main offer, supporting information and next action easy to understand, while gallery white, ink, muted lavender, and fresh keeps important labels and calls to action clear across desktop and mobile screens.

Three design decisions.

Each decision connects the visual direction to clearer services, stronger navigation and a more focused inquiry path.

01

Hierarchy

Centered masthead provides stable visual hierarchy.

02

Content flow

Asymmetric editorial image grid displays portfolio imagery.

03

Next action

Bottom action strip captures buyer interest efficiently.

Mobile considerations.

The same hierarchy is planned for smaller screens so content stays readable, actions remain easy to reach and the visual character is preserved.

Mobile / 01

Reading order

Fluid grids adapt imagery scaling across breakpoints.

Mobile / 02

Touch and scale

Compact footers preserve critical contact functionality on mobile.
